Our Health-Care Practioners

Kelly Rothe, DO, and Jeff Polgar, MD, are board-certified in Family Practice and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. They are supported by a certified physician assistant, Malinda "Quinn" Achard.

Both physicians are members of the Active Medical Staff at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital for inpatient management.
