Led by Jeff Polgar, MD, and Kelly Rothe, DO, a husband and wife team, Mountain Medical Arts is truly a family-based practice.

Both Dr. Rothe and Dr. Polgar are board-certified in Family Practice and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. They are supported by Malinda "Quinn" Achard, PA-C, and a wonderful office family that includes an office manager, nurses and other invaluable support staff.
