Acupuncture
Auricular (or Ear) Acupuncture is a gentle, non-invasive
method of acupuncture that has been developed to treat many health
conditions, as well as used for addictions, stress-reduction & relaxation.
It is often practiced in a group setting because one can remain
clothed and sitting up in a chair. Jade & other area acupuncturists
will be offering Community Acupuncture as a stress-reduction, health
maintenance treatment. You will be led in Qi Gong meditation & relaxation
exercises while the needles are in for 40 minutes.

Our local Sangha (meditation
community) has been meeting for many years in the Burnsville area.
Now meeting at BYMC, you are welcome to join us. Our Sangha is
facilitated by Janie Zeitlow, a long-time practicing meditator and
trained meditation instructor. She will be away in February so

Gong

The foundation of the 2000 year old tradition of Oriental Medicine
and martial arts. This next series will introduce you to a variety
of Qi Gong forms - Taoist longevity & healing, Opening of meridians,
Organ cleansing, Five-Element & Soaring Crane forms, Breathwork & Meditation.
